Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in EGP. Prices, discounts, bundles, and offers may change at any time.

Shipping

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct phone number and delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted according to applicable Egyptian consumer-protection laws.

Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Offers & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Bundle discounts may be recalculated if part of a bundle order is returned.
